If the weather is good, and the trail is relatively clear, Lil and I pla  to visit both Little and Big Arsenic Springs on Sat. 23rd.  The Trailhead starts at Wild Rivers campground in Cerro and is apparently a steep descent,( and steeper ascent!) .  We all should pack a lunch, lots of water, and meet at the old Gater's restaurant at -0930. Dress in layers! Again, this is only if we don't have the big snow they are talking about later on in the week!

I would love to go but have already committed to an Orilla Verde strategy meeting.  Both trails were snowy yesterday with about 6 inches (?) on the ground at the top.  I live in Arroyo Hondo and there is about an inch new on the ground this AM (tuesday).

Like Steve, I am committed to the Orilla Verde Team Strategy meeting, but would really like to see the Big and Little Arsenic Springs sites if the weather permits (which at the moment is questionable). Perhaps Steve and I can catch-up with Rebecca and Liz if you do decide to go? Would it be too much trouble to give me a call on my cell phone (702-250-6512) as you are leaving Gator's? - Mark

You will NEVER hear me complain about any moisture we get!!  However, this weekend will need to be rescheduled to a later date because of the snow.  We will let you know when it can be rescheduled.  Thank you everyone!

Got it - It's Thursday and it's looking like it could snow for days.

I'll look forward to a new date, CJ
